Wakana Kurihara

Wakana provides legal assistance in the areas of corporate, intellectual property, and employment laws.

She received her B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley and subsequently worked in Tokyo for ten years. For the first five years, she worked as an advertising representative at a movie magazine publisher where she developed strategic account plans for film distribution and home entertainment companies. Thereafter, she worked as a rights coordinator for a production company, dealing with copyright issues.

She received a J.D. from Rutgers Law School. At law school, she was the administrative editor of Rutgers International Law and Human Rights Journal.
