Gold Card – Executive Order
President Trump signed an EO on 9/19/2025 entitled The Gole Card. This is a new visa program for foreign nationals who voluntarily donate a significant amount of money to the U.S. government via the Department of Commerce.
Eligibility:
- $1 million donation by an individual.
- $2 million donation by a corporation on behalf of an individual.
This donation will be treated as evidence of exceptional business ability, national benefit, and eligibility for a national-interest waiver for expedited immigrant visas (green card). The Gold Card program will be implemented within 90 days of the EO.
